RETURNS AND REFUNDS

(a) Return Policy

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging with any product seals intact.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after the 14-day return period.

Refunds only apply to purchases made directly through the official PEPE natura online store at www.pepenatura.com. We are unable to process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation. Products may be returned using a standard postal service.

Please note that unclaimed or undelivered parcels are not considered returns. In such cases, any return handling or shipping costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided separately after the return request has been approved.

(b) Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
