  How to Use the Bodyotics ComfyCase Menstrual Cup & Disc Sterilizer Case
  

1. Wash the menstrual cup sterilizer case thoroughly with an intimate-area-friendly soap before first use.
2. Empty your period cup or menstrual disc after use and rinse with water.
3. Place your menstrual cup or disc inside the case and fill it halfway with hot water.
4. For microwave sterilization, heat the case (with lid slightly open) for approximately 3 minutes on medium heat - or until the water is steaming. Let it cool before handling.
5. If you’re in a public restroom or don’t have access to a microwave, simply fill the case with hot tap water and let your menstrual product soak for a few minutes.
