The dial is crafted from genuine Finnish curly birch, one of the most distinctive and highly valued wood materials found in Northern Europe. Aava is the result of a long and carefully refined design process.

The goal was to create a watch with a timeless appearance, inspired by the natural colours and contrasts found in Nordic forests. The rich chocolate tones of walnut wood complement the lighter shades and distinctive patterns of Finnish curly birch, creating a harmonious and elegant design.

The dial, bracelet and case back all feature natural wood elements, making the watch exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to wear. Wood feels naturally warm and soft against the skin, providing comfort throughout the day.

To ensure lasting quality, Aava is equipped with a reliable Swiss-made Ronda 763 quartz movement, renowned for its precision and dependable performance. The first bracelet links are reinforced with metal components, providing additional strength and durability for everyday use.
